EBT/SNAP customers spend $20 on their EBT card and receive $20 in Double Up Food Bucks to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables.

every Thursday- Saturday 12-6 year round
The Chattanooga Food Center will be conducting food demonstrations and cooking classes at our participating markets rotating at each once per month. Also once per month we will be providing food education to after school programs around Chattanooga. We will focus on food education such as meal planning, eating in season, food budgeting, and food literacy. We will post classes on our website, social media, and newsletter each week.

In our Walk the Walk Food and Fitness Club, twice a month around city parks, trails and neighborhoods, we will lead walks to encourage healthy lifestyles in our community, offer fellowship and camaraderie, and enjoy the abundant beauty the outdoor areas of Chattanooga has to offer.
